1.1 Are Philip Martin's products sulfate free?
Yes, All Philip Martin's Organic Based products are sulfate free. Due to the important demand of products through the years Philip Martin’s has increased its production units, quality control and production standards in order to achieve worldwide known certifications such as Ecocert. Our mission is to use our experience to blend ingredients derived from natural organic farms abined to alimentary preservatives and non toxic chemicals in order to give the right compromise and perfect balance between quality, health and performance.
1.2 Are Philip Martin's Products Paraben Free?

YES, All Philip Martin's products are paraben free. We have formulated without parabens in order to go above and beyond the industry standards. Our products are designed to the highest specifications to perform efficiently. Philip Martin’s philosophy is to try and maintain that state of purity through the use of body and hair care organic and non toxic chemical products.

1.3 Product Trtade Policy & Assurances

The Philip Martin's branded products are available for the consumer and the professional thru our active certified official distribution channels. There are retail products available in hair salons, spas and official web on-line sales channels which operated by our distributors on their official web pages. Any dealer not communicated thru our home company emailing system upon specific request must be considered as "NON official" dealer. Any products purchased thru "NON official" channels and especially thru on-line could probably be offered les expensive than the original products however the product may not be the original ones and are expired (over 3 years), have been improperly stored, or  exposed to temperatures out of company specifications, tampered with or produced with unknown ingredients and  the lack the quality control and HI grade ingredients we put in our products, In such cases the brand Philip Martin's could not be held responsible in anyway and for any whatsoever damages created by the use of such products on things or people. If you should in anyway notice Philip Martin's products sold outside of any of the official sales channels or if you have purchased a product which you may think is counterfeit please contact us immediately thru or e-mail desk at [email protected]. The information you should transmit to us would be kept and treated as highly confidential and would help us keep the highest standards on our products and grant our clients the best of quality. If in any way you feel any Philip Martin's product displayed here or on the web is suspect, Please contact us before purchasing.

2 Return Policy
2.1 Philip Martin's General Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less freight charges. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Simply call 1.866.990.9170 for a return authorization number. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



2.2 Philip Martin's Exchange Policy

If you received a faulty or incorrect item and need to exchange it please contact us immediately at 1.866.990.9170. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 15 days as per the instructions above under "General Return Policy" and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

2.3 Items that are Not Returnable

Due to the strict US FDA guidelines on personal Hygiene products and where  public safety is concerned, We are unable to except returns or exchanges on Personal Hygiene items, Hair Care, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Skin Care and Lip balm.


Philip Martin’s does not accept returns of the following items:


  • Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Items purchased from sellers other than
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
3 Shipping
3.1 Delivery Policy

Online orders are processed the same day or by the next business day. 

Product ships within one to three business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

3.2 Damaged Item Policy

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipment for any damage that may have occurred in transit. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at 1.866.990.9170. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. In order to assist us in processing your request, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
