Olivextract Hydrating Serum 30ml
In order to protect, maintain a young, healthy and golden colored looking hydrated and tanned face skin, Philip Martin’s has created three products: Deep Skin, Olivextract and Deep Sun. They are innovative and essential skin care serums ideal for a perfect face care. The synergy of these formulations provides the face skin with a strong cell stimulation which regenerates and protects the skin’s surface giving it a natural tanned look. Deep Skin and Deep Sun have a soft, light and rapid absorption texture. If used together on a daily basis they hydrate and reduce the signs of aging giving a golden and uniformed color to the skin. The Olivextract repairs and protects the skin by giving back to it all that it has naturally lost over the years. The Jalugoji complex, the Brown sugar, the Botanical Complex and the Vegetal Squalene are some of the ingredients which enhance the uniqueness of these serums.

What is Squalene?
Squalene is a colorless poly-unsaturated hydrocarbon liquid that’s found naturally in many animals and plants, including human sebum.
Yes, the word ‘sebum’ sounds gross, but it’s incredibly important to your skin. Essentially, it’s one of the many natural lipids your body produces to lubricate and protect your skin. (It’s estimated to make up about 10 to 12 percent of your skin’s oil.) It’s commonly harvested from plant sources like olives, wheat germ oil, and rice bran. The ingredient comes in two forms: squalene and squalane, a version that’s been hydrogenated, making it lighter.
What does squalene do?
Squalene and squalane are used in skincare products as a highly-effective emollient and natural antioxidant. Historically, they’ve been used in the medical field to treat wounds and skin problems.
Who should use it?
Squalene and squalane both make great skin moisturizers. They’re natural emollients, so they lock moisture into your skin, help prevent fine lines, and ease dry patches. Anyone can use either version, but squalene is heavier, making it helpful for extra-dry or mature skin, while squalane is great for acne-prone or oily skin.
Philip Martin's squalene is exclusively obtained from olive oil. Olivextrac guarants a quality totaly free of shark squalene
What is vitamin E?
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble, essential nutrient with anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamin E helps support the immune system, cell function, and skin health. It’s an antioxidant, making it effective at combating the effects of free radicals produced by the metabolism of food and toxins in the environment.
Vitamin E may be beneficial at reducing UV damage to skin.
It may also be effective at reducing the symptoms of atopic dermatitis and fatty liver disease, and for slowing the progression of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.
Vitamin E is even used to widen blood vessels, reducing the risk of blood clots.
UV light and sun exposure reduce vitamin E levels in skin. Vitamin E levels also decrease with age. However, vitamin E is available in many foods, in supplement form, and as an ingredient in products applied topically.
